The concept of making master trainers of NLP in India is that it will happen via a peer review process following the recommendation from two existing registered Master Trainer members of ANLP (India). The recommendation will follow after the applicant has successfully fulfilled all of the following criteria: 1) Accredited or recognised trainer for a minimum of three years. (with any major well known accreditation body) 2) A complete and checkable track through the training levels 3) Developed and delivered as lead trainer at least 6 Practitioner level trainings (co-training with existing Master Trainers not counted) 4) Developed and delivered as lead trainer at least 4 Master Practitioner trainings (co-training with existing Master Trainers only one programme allowed) 5) Be able to instantly demonstrate any of the accepted techniques of NLP from Practitioner to Trainers Training level without any referral to notes. 6) To have maintained continued membership of ANLP (India) for at least three years 7) To actively promote the ANLP (India) through their website, social media and trainings 8) No negative feedback received and not resolved to ANLP (India)’s satisfaction 9) Seen and a report prepared by two master trainers independently recommending the trainer to Master Trainer level 10) The ANLP (India) Master Trainers are expected to support the vision of ANLP (India) in the maintenance of the highest levels of NLP available in the Indian sub-continent. And will adhere to ANLP (India)’s code of conduct 11) All Master Trainer Candidates are required to undergo at least 30 hours per year of continuous professional development (CPD) which will be checkable and audited. Criteria for “cpd” are as follows: * Minimum 20 hours spent in attending relevant seminars (NLP retakes excluded) * Minimum 5 hours devoted to reading/research on NLP and/or related subjects * Minimum five hours spent in other relevant cpd activity (conferences, exhibitions, open talks etc The cpd mix should be across all three and not restricted to one or two 12) All Master Trainer candidates must actively participate in a minimum of three full NLP Trainer Academies. Of these, at least one as an Assistant Trainer (including taking teaching sessions) and one at Co-Trainer level, sharing the delivery of the programme 13) Master Trainers will be required to attend at least one full NLP Trainer Academy in every three years (by invitation) in order to retain their status and the cpd criteria will apply for a minimum of ten years from certification at Master Trainer level Remember that the final decision will be taken by peer review of the appropriate members of the advisory team of ANLP (India) However as there is no failure only feedback in NLP, the advisory’s brief will be to encourage the installation of high quality Master Trainers With very few exceptions, it is expected that all master trainers will be full time professionals in the training of NLP and the acceptance of the award; Accredited Master Trainer of NLP from ANLP (India) also confers the honour of being on the advisory team for ANLP (India) Remembering that this award is an honour and holders are expected to contribute to the field of NLP in general and ANLP (India) in particular.
